Insure v3 tests all pass on Jenkins against real servers

That's 5.0, 6.0, and 6.5. The integration tests are still being fleshed out on Jenkins, but there were many disappointing failures. Many due to assumptions the tests make, and some are probably bugs that crept in recently.

Some issues:

• The tests assume indexes (query and search) that aren't created.
• Some of the http wrappers that did give correct exceptions seem to not be working now.
  And others. This console output is a good example. Note that is against 6.5 - soon there will be a matrix of all the relevant servers and python versions, but this is a place to start.
