Consider default timeout settings for Analytics, FTS

There isn't a separate default timeout for Analytics or FTS queries exposed in LCB. So currently we set the view, kv, and n1ql timeouts and that's that. Lets consider a default for the other services as well. We can always pop it in manually for each operation (say, at construction time for the relevant Options (through a common base, etc...), if nothing else.

Certainly not a 3.0 thing...
