    Description

I've not narrowed it down much, but it usually works fine locally when the document is not in a collection. So I suspected this is the issue but need to verify. I have now seen it in the integration tests for 6.0.3, so I suspect it happens intermittently, and maybe isn't something having to do with collections.

This was put into 3.0.0 for now. Lets first better characterize the segfault and when it does and doesn't happen, then decide how to prioritize

This only happens when the document is in a collection other than the default collection.  The issue comes down to an assert as the bucket's nremaining is 0 when it should not be.  The odd part is that the call fails with an LCB_ERR_TIMEOUT, even if the timeout is quite long and the actual time the request takes till it gets the timeout is much less.  Will try to understand it better tomorrow, but perhaps this is something that could be 3.0.1? Ellis Breen Matt Ingenthron what do you think?  The issue appears to be entirely in the bindings, however the timeout is quite odd.  I'd guess we are not properly setting it, but at first glance we definitely are.  Unsure what to think about that at this point.

Oh – and get_any_replica fails the same way.

Yes, I think it can be deferred to 3.0.1. But we should release note a known issue.
