Cloud Connection sample code update

& qoth RS:  "Please help write the connection sample for Cloud on the Hello World page,
including  commented out  sslverify = false (so that we can suggest when it is appropriate,
and add in the relevant TLS certificate code
(we will add in downloading the Cloud Cert to the doc.
Thanks."

This is a hello-cloud.rb equivalent of https://github.com/couchbase/docs-sdk-ruby/blob/release/3.2/modules/hello-world/examples/start_using.rb 

but using the travel sample tenant-Scope bucket.
