has first index as Getting Started. 

This Getting Started section points to https://docs-staging.couchbase.com/service-broker/current/index.html#install/index.adoc 

The correct link should be https://docs-staging.couchbase.com/service-broker/current/install/get-started.html which can be seen when Getting Started option is clicked on Navigation menu of the side panel.
