settings such as timeouts need to be covered in docs

Earlier today I assisted Rick Jacobs with an analytics query that was timing out (it needed just about 2 minutes). I couldn't find this covered in the documentation, but it's probably going to be commonly needed for analytics queries.

I also, for what it's worth, couldn't find a unit test.
