Easier/Configurable Support for Transport Security

Here is how it works currently. one needs to add the certificate from the server to the keystore on each spark worker (and the master likely) and then set the 3 system properties.

Here is a simple example for running it against localhost (local worker):

In a distributed spark environment, the properties need to be set through the CLI like so:

Again, I'm working on improving that through our regular property set process but at least its possible to use it right now
