Client needs to support scope

Currently, it is restricted to only using the default scope, when creating a collection object. Probably best to make the interface what we'd expect for an SDK3 scope - so it is an object in its own right, and one can get a collection from it (in addition to directly from bucket by specifying both scope and collection).
