Audit logging

Currently, far too much is logged at info level. That actually effects default performance, and should be examined. Most of it is (at least) debug, if not trace-level stuff. So, lets take a look at what we would like to log at info level, keep those, and move the rest down to debug or trace. If no clear distinction can be made between debug and trace, then just move it to trace. Ideally, we'd have a useful debug level but it may not be worth coming up with what qualifies for one vs the other.
