Resolve remaining docs devguide example build issues

This is a continuation of the work started in CCBC-1447. In that issue, we had to comment out some examples from the build that required additional refactoring.

We are doing two things in this ticket:

1. Uncomment and refactor all examples so they build without errors.
2. Add the CLion code style format rules from the libcouchbase project and reformat all code to comply with those style rules.

NOTE:
This does NOT include the projects in the sub-dirs. That will be done under CCBC-1476.
