Evaluate what trace logs could be useful as debug logs

    Description

      Similar to CBG-2557, ideally we'd never have to ask customers to enable trace logging, but we sometimes do have to.

      • Evaluate what we've used trace logging for in previous support cases, and bump to debug if it makes sense.
      • Evaluate usages of trace in the code and see whether any make sense to be bumped to debug.
