update testkit framework to use .zip for latest builds of sgw for macOS

    Description

      As the build machine which build MacOSX sgw builds is moved to catalina, it generates zip file in place of tar.gz.

      Add logic in testkit to use tar.gz or .zip whichever is available to install sgw
