Description
The multi-container example currently uses `docker exec` to run the commands to initialise and provision nodes. It would be better if custom entrypoints were used.
Environment variables should be able to be passed at runtime.
A local instance of Couchbase Server (no exporter) could be used to help provision if required, helping to decouple the example.
