Service Dashboards should only allow selection of nodes running the service

    Description

      Currently users can select any node in the cluster to view in a Service dashboard. If this node is not running the specific service, no statistics will be displayed (all panels will show NO DATA).

      It is preferable to restrict the selection to nodes which have the service running. This could be done using Grafana variables to filter out nodes which don't have that particular service.
