    Description

      The checker added in CMOS-252 only checks a subset of the ports that need to be open. We should ensure we check all the ports.

      When we do, we need to be mindful that the ports can be customized, and the existing REST APIs might only expose the external ports, so we may need to manually check ns_config/initargs for the configured ports.
