Lite C Linux download links need to be updated before 3.1

The tarball files listed under each release are going to be consolidated into simply three portable linux ones (couchbase-lite-c-linux-<arch>.tar.gz or something along those lines). I am filing this ticket to ensure that this is going to happen before the 3.1 docs come out. There will be a few additional operating systems as well, and the list might turn out to be quite large so I am not sure how you want to handle that (debian 11 and Ubuntu 22.04 might be added).
