Update upgrade instructions to reflect implications of Erlang and Open SSL upgrades

    Description

      As per https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-58925, Engineering will be updating the version of Erlang used in Couchbase server (from Erlang 24 to Erlang 25).  And, as per https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-58926, Eng will be updating OpenSSL version from 1.1.1 to 3.x. As these versions are supported, the upgrades will ensure Couchbase SErver 7.2.4 customers receive regular fixes and maintenance.

      What needs to be documented: Customers will no longer be able to upgrade directly from 7.1.x to 7.2.4. We need to include this in the release notes and also provide guidance on upgrades.
