Documentation is required to advise customers to constrain the size of repositories by ensuring that on regular cycles a new repository is created e.g. monthly.
This is particularly important when their is a large amount of data being backed-up and the backups are being made to cloud storage.
The reason is that the staging directory can become large and due to higher latencies associated with cloud storage.
