    Description

      If executed as in the example:
      "msg": "GSI CreatePrimaryIndex() - cause: Fails to create index. Node node1 does not exist or is not running"

      It should be WITH

      {"nodes: ["node1:8091"]}

      instead.
      In fact it's not clear why a default port isn't assumed if none provided.
