5.x DOCs missing Primary Index Replicas

    Description

      We've documented index replica on the secondary indexes on the page, https://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/5.0/n1ql/n1ql-language-reference/createindex.html but this is missing from the primary index page.

      Need to include that we have the ability to create replica indexes on Primary Index creation.

      Example: CREATE PRIMARY INDEX ON `bucket_name` with {"num_replica":1};
