Threshold Log Reporter in Details doesn't have detail about how retries are accounted

    Description

      I believe that retries on KV operations include the dispatch time for all network round trips. This should be enhanced to be clear about that bit of detail. Searching the page for "retry" or "vbucket" or "not my vbucket" doesn't turn up anything, but it's a reasonable question.
