Java SDK docs: Improve the information and samples provided in the Threshold Logging settings page

Few things possibly to improve in this page https://docs.couchbase.com/java-sdk/2.7/threshold-logging.html#threshold-configuration-settings:

• Go over all properties listed in "Threshold Logging Tracer Properties" table and check if it is actually possible to set them from the code. Most of them seem to be unavailable for setting because we don't check/consume them in the SDK. Ones that are not possible to set should be removed from the list.
• If it is possible to set some of them, we should provide code sample on how to set the property.
• The page also shows a different way to set these parameters, through the CouchbaseEnvironment and ThresholdLogTracer.create. We should provide all configurable parameters (such as "kvThreshold", "viewThreshold") in a table and/or as code example.
• Possibly provide examples of how to change the interval (or other parameters) related to orphan reporter.
