Generate diagrams

As a technical writer or docs contributor, I want to generate diagrams from the source text in the document or from example files.

• Diagrams should be generated as part of the Antora build process for the documentation.

• The diagrams may be generated in SVG or PNG format. (This issue is not concerned with how the diagrams are served in the published help site.)

• A stretch requirement is for diagrams to be interactive, e.g. to contain links.
