Ports that need to be made available for FTS to run as a distributed system

For up till 6.0 release, FTS needs the following 2 ports for its HTTP/HTTPS communication ..

• 8094
• 18094 (SSL)

In enterprise mode, FTS uses HTTP/2 for scatter-gather across multiple nodes and this communication uses SSL and is on the 18094 port.

With madhatter (6.5 onwards builds, FTS will support communication via gRPC, and the 2 additional ports needed here along with 8094, 18094 are:

• 9130
• 19130 (SSL)

This needs to be documented so customers know what the pre-requisites are to successfully run FTS applications across multi-node cluster environments.
