Description
Couchbase Server 5.5 shipped a feature at KV engine called "tracing" which has an adjustable threshold. At the moment, enabling/disabling that feature and adjusting the threshold are not documented anywhere publicly.
Need to add documentation on how to use the feature so it'll be properly available.

Note, if the server docs for this need to link to the settings on the client side for this,
we are moving the settings into the client-settings pages - https://docs.couchbase.com/dotnet-sdk/2.7/client-settings.html#threshold-configuration-settings
.
Although some may still be in the tracing page if we haven't finished: https://docs.couchbase.com/java-sdk/2.7/threshold-logging.html#threshold-configuration-settings
