Add support for collections to the Analytics workbench

Tracks MB-36296

Reminder to update "bucket" to "keyspace" in the manage-datasets and run-query pages — but not when referring to an Amazon S3 bucket.

Also rename 'dataset' to 'analytics collection' and 'dataverse' to 'analytics scope' throughout.
