Outdated documentation about spatial views

The section "Writing geospatial views" in the developer guide is really outdated and mentions deprecated APIs [1]. Please remove this page, it got superseded by "Querying using spatial views" in the administration guide [2], which contains all that plus additional information. Linking between the two would make sense (I'm not sure which things belong in the Administration Guide and which things belong do the Developer Guide, I leave that up to you to decide that).

Please do the same for the 3.x docs as it's the same there.

I may also suggest to revisit the sections about the Mapreduce Views in both section as it looks like things largely overlap.
