.NET SDK 1.X to 2.X migration page

    Description

      While large scale changes have been made to the .NET SDK between 1.X and 2.X, there is not a page in the docs detailing the changes and how to migrate between the two versions as there is for the Java SDK: http://developer.couchbase.com/documentation/server/4.0/sdks/java-2.2/migrate.html

      Such a page would be much more user friendly than switching between the two versions of the SDK guide to appreciate the changes, and would help make the SDK guides more consistent.
