    Description

      Analytics service configuration REST APIs are not accessible by Cluster Admin user. This change was part of the issue  https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-39097.

      Documents need to be updated to reflect correct info.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. MB-39883 cluster_admin, bucket_admin can read analytics data
