Examples Should Include Performance Best Practices

All of the examples should follow performance best practices or at the very least comment when they are not being followed for brevity, etc. Ideally, we want to provide examples that already guide users to do the right thing.

We may need more complete examples as well to provide additional references for common problems such as: concurrency, batch requests, logging/monitoring, etc.
