Error when opening a non-existing bucket could be clearer

App gets error message "Not authorized for command (EACCESS)".  I appreciate this probably comes out of the error map directly, but it doesn't give a good indication that the bucket may not exist.  An error like "This bucket does not exist, or this user does not have access", would help.
