Prebuilds for Alpine + musl

    Description

      Alpine Linux is a very common choice for docker containers, especially due to it's small footprint of ~5MB. However, it seems that the current prebuilds do not work with Alpine (I think because Alpine uses musl instead of glibc).

      Perhaps couchnode could publish prebuilt binaries that work with Alpine?
