HELO, should include the pool settings being used

With the up and coming pool setting it would be useful if the pool setting being used were passed into the the HELO command so support can see if sane settings are being used.

The reason why this setting should be passed in and not other is because it has a direct affect on the cluster, it's using a limited resource on the cluster, ports and file handles.
