Log client environment from the cluster side

    Description

      To extend on the client version string (HELO command) that MB-9174 introduced, it would be nice to get a bit more details on the client environment when they first connect to the cluster so this can be collected with the server side logs. Details such as the client OS, if client logging is enabled, language specific version (i.e. PHP 5.4), network latency to the cluster.
