    Description

      When a PVC becomes full/near-to-full we should be able to rescale the PVC to increase the storage and continue the automated backup process uninterrupted.

      1.15 adds support for online resizing of PVCs https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/issues/531

      otherwise, we can resize PVCs if they are unmounted/offline.
