    Description

      TestLogCollectRbacPermission sometimes skips on AKS with:

      supportability_test.go:1036: Cluster does not permit service account tokens

      ... and other times runs (and fails, but that's another issue...). The test gets the service account's secrets and if there aren't any, skips the test.
