TestLogCollectRbacPermission fails with "Invalid error message"

This failure happens on all platforms/server versions/k8s versions. The expected error is:

unable to poll CouchbaseCluster resources

But the error thats being returned is:

namespaces "test-v5dwd" is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:test-v5dwd:test-couchbase-5q2rt" cannot get resource "namespaces" in API group "" in the namespace "test-v5dwd"

From what I understand, the test is expecting the 'get' to fail (as we're testing that insufficient RBAC permissions result in a rejection), but the error message isnt what we're expecting.

Or maybe there is a bigger issue and I'm misunderstanding the test.
