erlang crash on 3.0 windows build

    Description

      Install first 3.0 windows build from builder on windows server 2008 R2
      http://factory.couchbase.com/view/build/view/couchbase_server/job/cs_mst_win6408/76/
      http://factory.couchbase.com/view/build/view/couchbase_server/job/cs_mst_win6408/76/artifact/voltron/couchbase-server-enterprise-0.0.0-0001.setup.exe

      The installation is completed but couchbase server UI is not up.
      Look at windows services, couchbase server service started.
      Look at windows task manager, I see one erl.exe process crashed continuously.

      Live windows vm at 10.6.2.169
      Login credential as usual.
