    Description

      From MB-11027:

      "couchdb is loading ICU compiled with msvr120d but that is not present on Windows 7
      (we stopped redistributing VCRT due to unresolved install problems, see MB-4593)"

      Trond, can you update the ICU build process accordingly and produce a new depot?
