membase-cli - divide usage() with full page of documentation

    Description

      Currently, when you type in the wrong command or option, an entire page of information about the membase command line tools is displayed. It would be better to only display the actual basic usage when there is a mistake and a full usage page when requested using h/-help

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. MB-1369 If a user enters a bad parameter for a CLI command, they should always get a "usage" message back, and one which tells them how to use the command (not entire help)
