admin server returns 500 after failover/rebalance

1) Start with two nodes Node A (10.253.74.32:8080) and Node B(10.253.11.144:8080)

2) I then on the web console for Node A, i add node B and then hit rebalance. Everything looks good at this point.

3) Then, still from Node A, I failover Node B. This behaves as expected

4) Then From Node A select the rebalance button. At this point, the page refreshes and then i get one of these

5) at this point the web_console for node A is not functional

attempting to use the CLI to access info or execute changes results in 500

ERROR: 500 Internal Server Error

Will attach logs
