    Description

      In the rest of Couchbase Server the following ISO_8601 timestamp format is used YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.sss+HH:MM.

      The following example is the same time in three different timezones

      UTC
      2015-03-26T07:28:27.535Z

      Berlin
      2015-03-26T08:28:27.535+01:00

      San Francisco
      2015-03-26T00:28:27.535-07:00

      Please note numbers should be padded with zeros.
