Rebalance is slower between builds 761 and 834

    Description

      Running the daily performance sanity it was observed that rebalance that took 1.3 minutes up to build 761 now takes 1.8 minutes with build 834 and later.

      Notes:
      1. I will try to refine this to the exact build but I won't get to this until Tuesday at the earliest. Please take a look in the mean time.
      2. If this may turns out to be a DCP problem I will add a test to the daily sanity to catch it at that level.

      I have attached the logs from both run, please let me know if there is more information I can provide.
