    Description

      Hi, Wayne,

      I noticed a regression in this test:
      Rebalance after failover (min) 3->4 1 bucket * 100M * 2KB, 10K ops/sec

      Rebalance time increased from 17.5m to 35.4m.

      Please take a look and feel free to close if you have another one covered this.
