Log collection can fail on nodes when the default temporary directory has insufficient space. The workaround at the command line is to run cbcollect_info with TMPDIR set, as this is the environment variable Python uses to obtain the location of temporary space.
There is not presently any method for specifying or overriding the directory which should be used for temporary space when collecting logs via the Admin UI, however.
