When using Couchbase Web UI to collect logs, allow administrator to configure the tmp folder to use for log collection

Problem

When collecting log via Couchbase WebUI, it use the /tmp folder to temporary store the logs file. If the /tmp folder do not have sufficient space, it will return error.

Command line utility cbcollect_info can workaround the /tmp folder limitation using the syntax below:

TMPDIR=/alternate/directory/ /opt/couchbase/bin/cbcollect_info /alternate/directory/collect.zip

Request

Make the temporary folder location as configurable option on WebUI. Allow System administrator to specific the temporary folder location when collecting logs.
