Remove support for Ubuntu 12.04 in spock

    Description

      Ubuntu 12.04 LTS will be EOL in April 2017.

      If we add support for 16.04 in spock (MB-18249), then we should also consider removing support for 12.04 at the same time. This also means that we should document it as deprecated in watson.
