Menelaus ignores data path during setup wizard

    Description

      Build 1.6.0beta3b-34
      Run installation. During setup in data folder field type c:\NS_temp, setup to the end. Go to C:\, see that c:\ns_temp is created but empty. Go to C:\Program Files, Server is installed in default NorthScale folder.
