setting dbdir during wizard when creating a new cluster does not work

Install a node, change the dbdir. Note that when finishing the wizard, the directory is created, but there are no files there.

Workaround: do it via curl and restart the node. e.g.:
curl -u Administrator:letmein -i -d path=/mnt/db/ns_1 http://localhost:8080/nodes/self/controller/settings
