[CX] Filing a tracking issue for difference in implementation of \set -creds,\set -timeout and other relevant parameters

Filing this issue just to track this feature.

cbq supports multiple parameters like session,named,Predefined (Built-in),User Defined, Query Parameters.

Some of them might call a service and affect results in the query output , for example:
\set -creds and \set -timeout.
We need consistency between cbq output and cbas output in that context.
